About us

I Make Fun Stuff are Jess Broad and Chris Plowman, from Ipswich, Suffolk, both working artists and designers, both passionate about promoting local artists and making Ipswich a more interesting place to live.

Jess works at Suffolk New College and runs Cuppa Tea And Cake her own craft business making homeware, accessories and jewellery.

Chris is a graphic designer working for Crafted Media and designs all the promotional and web based work for I Make Fun Stuff.

They formed I Make Fun Stuff so that makers who do not fit into the clichéd bracket of “craft fair” could have a market to sell their highly individual and unique products surrounded by like-minded people and selling to the right customers. The markets have grown to be bigger and better every time and so the pair have launched this website to promote these people in a bigger and accessible way.
